The Pursuit of a Chimera: Being a Mid-winter's Day Dream by Mr.C. Elvey Cope, 1893 is described in The Pall Mall Gazette ".. much imagination and pretty description in the book" and the St James' Gazette says "Fiction of the weird order, but imaginatively written."
